Haha, I want one! That looks killer.

Is it just me or does it look kinda photochopped though :?

It isnt, the ebay auction had members with high feedback.

I've seen pictures of several pre-Legacy Subarus with full off-road kit. They didn't look too much unlike this Legacy. :) It's primarily just a good lift kit and good tire selection.

Looks like leaf springs in the back.

They probably do build cars like that, but that particular picture is a photochop.

Not only do the wheelwells look chopped, as stant pointed out, there are obviously a bunch of trees in the Legacy's reflection, while the background seems pretty treeless ;)

Ya, the shadows, wheel wells and stuff is what keyed me off too.

I think they should build a Forester with a lift kit like this as some sort of limited edition with better bumpers for steep approach and departure angles and skid plates.

When I was living in Boulder, there was a lifted Forrester in town. It was sick looking. Great approach and departure angles and IIRC there was some type of turbo motor in there. I wish I had taken some pics of it because it was gnarly.

I think maybe the fenders look funny cause they have been modified so as not to rub on the tires?
I'm not so sure this is really a photoshop...although there are reported to be no trees in iceland.
This is the scorpion lift kit from AUS, right? I've always wanted to lift up an old subaru hatch and put a d/r tranny in and get some real power to it. I figure maybe a supercharged impreza OBS lifted way up with big narly tires and one of the overseas d/r trannies might be cool too.

I'm very sure its a photoshop. Three major things stood out right away for me. First, the sun is shining on the car, but nowhere else, not even on the guy next to the car. Second, look throught the windows of the car, the terrain as seen throught the cars windows doesn't line up with the terrain of the background. and Lastly the fenders are cut way to wide, thats cutting deep into the cars unibody to get fender walls like that.

Well about the lighting if you look at the car it begins to be shaded near the rear of the car. The background through the windows looks the same. As far as the fender cutting agree with ya.

Dont you guys listen? It was listed for sale on ebay, why would someone with good feedback list a fake car for sale?

I vote that we're not very good listeners.

Although the pic does look chopped if you look at it long enough.

Lets say its chopped. Why would pay to list it on ebay?

you know what? I'm sure its chopped. Look at the shadowing on the car itself, you can see the frame to a house being errected. The sun on the ground came from directly overhead.

I don't know about that pic, however I have seen some other pics of a car very similar to that one with about the same lift.
