Look for my thread on BF converion. I put an Ej20G into a '90. It is pretty easy as far as swaps go. As for the auto tranny conversion, try the tranny forum. Legacy777 did it and wrote a great FAQ on it...

ok so me and my friend have disconnected the tranny we have one last bolt that is stuck on, it is the one right next to the drive axle, once we get that can we drop the tranny? also i have noticed that many people talk about a tranny crossmember for the awd's will i need a crossmember since mine is only front wheel drive or? if i pick up a ecu from a manual can i just plug it in or? and the gauge cluster will it just plug in too? does ne one know how to deactivate the safety parking feature in the ignition? also i have heard that you can make the tranny cable or hydralic i would much rather do cable so i dont have mess with the master cylinder or is it easier to do hydralic either way i need to know how to run the cables to make it work correctly im sorry if these are stupid questions hey how do i look up the threads??

for my wiring needs, all i did was find the turbo specific harness plugs and wires (map, wastegate solenoid, and the other one, forgot wat it was :? ) and wired it into the ecu. you need ecu pinouts for the ej20t if you are gonna be using that ecu. basically i used ej22t harness plugs and wires. im pretty sure you are able to use those for your swap as well...

*EDIT* to look up the older threads go to the search button. its up at the top of the page. in the same menu where you log-in at...
