Are there cam profile docs for the NA vs Turbo cams?

They are in the FSM's that you can download from Josh's mainexperience site.
I have them at home and can look them up is someone doesn't post them today...

From 1991 FSM's:
NONTURBO:
Intake valve timing:
-Opening: 4º BTDC
-Closing: 52º ABDC
Exhaust valve timing
-Opening: 48º BBDC
-Closing: 12º ATDC
TURBO:
Intake valve timing:
-Opening: 6º BTDC
-Closing: 52º ABDC
Exhaust valve timing:
-Opening: 42º BBDC
-Closing: 10º ATDC

would a turbo cam bolt straight into a NA head.....?

yes, but why would you want to? I doubt the 2 extra degrees of intake are going to offset the 8 less degrees of exhaust. unless you want to use the NA heads for boost which probably wouldn be the best option.
does the FSM say what the lifts are?

Hmm. Cam lobe height is between 32.39 and 32.49 mm, but that is for both turbo and nonturbo.
In fact, the ONLY valvetrain specs that the FSM differentiates between turbo and nonturbo are the aforementioned profile specs. I can't find any specs on the valve head diameters, so I guess the thread about turbos having smaller exhaust valves still has merit.

Actually it is the intake valves.
And just a side note, if one were looking to increase duration without buying Delta cams, you could put 1.8l cams with their roller rockers into the 2.2l heads. You must use the 1.8 roller rockers, but they fit...
