My 91 ss rear passenger door is all dented, I was go to replace it with a 91 lsi door. The door came out pretty easy from the lsi. I just need to unbolt the hinge nuts, the pin and the wiring plug. But when I get to my ss. I can't seem to pull out the wiring plug. I reached inside with my finger and did not feel any plug at all. Is the door wiring different from a 91 ss versus a 91 lsi? Again, the lsi plug is so easy, just pull it out and its right there. No so with my ss. Any ideas. Do I just have to pull harder?

when I had to replace my turbo wagon door, I replaced it with a NA door of the same color. the NA door had a plug connector for the wiring.
On my turbo door, there was no connector plug for the wiring.

So, I detached my TURBO wiring from the Turbo door and re attached it to the NA door.

sorry.

with your old door on the car still, remove the door panel on the inside. Then remove the plastic clips that hold the wires in place. There were about two clips for the window wires, and about 4 clips for the lock wires. then feed the wiring out of the door. Then on the new door, detach all the wiring and clips. Toss the wiring aside

Put the new door on the car, and feed wiring back into the door. reattach the clips. voila

that sounds like a real hassle. How long did it take you?
