Hey guys,

Let me first introduce myself since I havent done so yet

I live in Atlanta, active military officer, and a WAN administrator for the Army, I bought my 94 l wagon at the auction for 1150, with 113000 miles.
I have an 05 Tundra d-Cab that I love but gas for 40 miles each way suck,

So all you atlantiens hello

SO i failed only the idel test, with 2.38%$ CO vs. 1.2% allowed,

Just changed plugs, I bought bosch Super's not the platinum, and wires, going ot PCV today and ? I dont really know

Any help or experience here would be great

Andy

I failed at idle too, Hydrocarbons though..
I was referred to this test only station by a mechanic friend who knew this test guy.
He kept the idle at 1050 for the test and I passed easily.

I guess you might be able to ask the tech to keep the revs up a bit...

Welcome to the board!!

wagons rule!!!

awsome find that's soo cheap with such low mileage!!

Funny thing is that the state has all subaru's listed as awd, so I had to d othe 2 speed test, I called the state to have them relook at their descriptions. I should have passed the regular test, ie on the treadmill

thanks

and yes wagons do rule

Try running some seafoam through the engine. Also, these engines seem to run better with NGK copper plugs.
