Hi guys. I was wondering, why sometimes after i've been driving, i'll turn my car off and i'll notice some smoke coming from the engine. i don't know where it comes from or why. i do check all the oils and fluids and they're all fine. its been going on for a while now and i dunno why. sometimes my car's check engine light came on and last time i checked the ECU it said that i had a bad solonoid valve. could this be why some is coming out?

It's most likely to be oil leaking past old valve cover gaskets onto the exhaust manifold. It doesn't take much burning oil to make a lot of smoke.

Yeah, search for "valve cover gasket*" and spend some time reading up.

If it's just the valve covers it's not major, just common. It's a pretty easy DIY job.
