Why's my PM stuck in OUTBOX?

I keep getting personel messages stuck in the OUTBOX !
WHY please ???
How do I avoid it / how do I get the messages to send ?
What is the SAVED BOX ?

When you send a message it goes to the outbox, after the person you sent it to logs on and reads it it goes to the sent box. The saved box is just another place to put stuff.

I see I have stuff stuck from early September
Does anybody know if Ciper is still with us?
We had something happening and he has gone missing !!!

A bunch of us are waiting for replies from him... I hope he's okay. Maybe he just got his new turbo wagon setup done and went for a reeeeeeeeeeally long drive and hasn't returned yet. :)
