I just got my exhuast done. Gutted cat with 3" all the way back to a borla muffler. sounds great and sick HP but I blew a hose off my turbo and had uncontroled boost until I hit fuel cut out. I fixed the hose but now my turbo seems really slugish and sometimes only hitting 6 psi. Is she on the way out?

You may have to reset the ECU. You probably got lots of knock that made the ECU go nuts with retarding timing and reducing boost.
