ej22e to ej20t wiring

hey i was wondering if i put an ej20t in my 91 leg ,do i need to swap thw wiring harness and the ECU, or can i keep the ej22e setup???
The only thing I think you'll have to deal with is the ignition. I believe the ej20t used a coil on plug ignition system vs. our DIS.
