That's the BPM system. Trevor had licenced them to make his systems for overseas markets iirc but it ended up in a lawsuit because BPM was using sub-par materials and techniques. In other words, they weren't building them to Trevors specs and they were falling apart and stuff.
One guy around here was running one of these CES knockoff BPM dp's and the welds fell apart. So buyer beware.
