Oil in DOWN PIPE

Hi all just quick question doing a custom turbo build on my 94 NA. So I get everything put togeher from a 91 legacy with a stock vf11 turbo get my car started up and holy crap oil is blowing every witch way so I take the turbo off and see that all the bushing are shot. So I buy a tdo4 from a 04 forester with 4000 mi on it get everything hooked up and there is small drip of oil comming from my down pipe still. Let me explain my oil system to you I am using a oil cooler sending and recieving unit that goes in the middle of my oil filter and the block so insted of going to an oil cooler I am using it for my oil feed and return. So why is oil still leaking from my down pipe?? Could it be just a normal amount of oil since I am not running a catch can, or am I double feeding the turbo with oil, and if so I have tried to get my oil pan off without moving the engine imposible! so has anyone tried returning the oil to the head , the only problem with this is let me know if I am wrong that during the vacum no problem the oil would be sucked in, however during boost I do not have gravity on my side to pull the oil back into the engine any imput would be most helpful!!
Thanks
