Check out the most recent Import Tuner.

On page 54 (I think that's where it starts), is the Black WRX that my shop built.

The article gives little credit to us, but every performance mod (and a few non-performance mods) on that car was performed by my boss. Even the STACK cluster.

It's a pretty sick car. Check it out.

It's a tach, with everything else listed in LCD underneath. There's a good picture in that article.

I don't have a link. Pick up an IMPORT TUNER magazine, lol.

That link is to my shop's site.

Here is the car on Team Emotions site:

~ 2,000 + install.

It was wired so that the stock cluster could be reinstalled and functional. The car CAN pass emissions and such too.... if it had to...

I saw it at work today and cried a little inside. I hate seeing subies in magazines like that. Gives honda owners ideas

At least it wasn't an STi "buildup" in Sport Compact Car . . .

. . . those fuckers in that article are the single largest reason I will never subscribe to that magazine ever again.

Phil, What's the story on the roll cage? It's definitely not what I'm used to seeing in the rally world. Does that style of cage pass at track events? What does he do with the car?

The kind of stuff I'm noticing is that the cage doesn't go through the dash towards the front strut towers, it doesn't have cross braces behind the doors, and the cross braces behind the driver's head don't actually reach out to the edge of the car. It's not the kind of cage that I'd like to ride into the forest with.

Then again, maybe this is normal for most events and I'm just the weird guy who's used to looking at armed cars.

Well, it's not a Rally spec. cage.

It's an Autopower bolt in cage. Pretty common in the race world. Element Tuning's Time-Attack WRX has almost the same cage, and they race that car quite often.

Hey! Phil's STi seat :(. I missed that seat as soon as I got home :(. Do you want your stock seat back?

Let it be known, we didn't do the body work, we just did the go-fast mods. Lots and lots of go-fast mods.

The 403whp it made? It made it at 21psi on pump gas.

He shows the car, and sometimes drives it on the street.

My boss built it exactly as he wanted it. There are a few things he would have done differently, but that's what he wanted so that's how it was built.
