Map sensor wire in?

So I picked up a 3 wire map sensor at the junkyard today. I have no clue if it is a good one or not ie 1 bar, 2 bar ,3 bar.

But.... I just want to read a amp out of it for now.

Should I wire in one wire ground, one wire tapped into a 5v source and one wire signal? I am pretty sure which wire to use for each, but does this make sense?

Thanks

Is it a subaru sensor?

Probably doesn't matter, but yeah, just hook one up to ground, one to 5v source, and one is your signal.

BTW, I still haven't been able to get the damn AMP or temp sensor to calibrate properly. I need to post either on pp forum or rallitek.

A amp out of it? What do you mean?

If it's a GM or Chrysler sensor, the pinouts on this page probably apply:

Perfect power lists the MAP sensor as AMP. I think I know what my issue is and why it's not calibrated properly.
