Are VF23 rebuildable?

I got a used vf23 for christmas, it as two broken impeller blades. I tought i could buy an impeller, but i can't find one. I can't find a new cartridge either, are they rebuildable on garbage after use type.

I bet Kelley @ Perfection could get you the parts you need. He's a good guy, and I know he can get NEW Vf23's.

You will need to have the impeller rebalanced on the shaft.

You should be able to send it out to any number of places for rebuilding. I would start with talking to the guys at LaChute Subaru since they are local to you...
