Here is the deal.

On my 90 legacy BJ the passengers front tire is worn pretty bad on the outside and pulls hard right.

The passengers side rear is wearing on the outside but not as bad as the front tire.

I was looking at the car from a distance and it looks like it has some terrible possitive camber on both front and rear passengers side wheels. Is there an adjustment for the rear? Can it be aligned?

I am about to put some new rims and tires on the car and I really don't want them chewed up by some wacked out camber issues.

Should I put the new rims and tires on and then align it or do it before I get the new shoes?

Rear camber is not supposed to be adjustable. Only toe can be adjusted. If after you adjust the toe the camber and/or caster are out of spec, one of the pieces of the suspension (or the chassis) is bent and should be replaced.

It sounds like this car went sliding sideways into a curb or something.

As a super ghetto fix you could get aftermarket camber bolts to allow static camber to be adjusted, but I don't think that'll result in good transient behavior.

The alignment doesn't depend on the wheels and tires. I would say to resolve the alignment problems before you put new tires on; no sense in chewing up new tires.

You can tweak rear camber a little by loosening up the bolts and moving things.

I personally would get new tires and immediately get it aligned, especially if the old tires are not worn evenly.
