My drivers side window seems to be catching the weatherstriping on the way down sometimes. IS ther anything I can do about this?

armor all or vaseline

Vaseline kills wind noise better :)

Won't that leave streaks all over my window when I roll it down and up?

all four of mine "Freeze" shut if it goes below 20*F... I think this is related to the problem I have where the inside of the windows frost over because of condensation? still can't figure this one out, but I often find myself going 60mph down the road, with my door open, hitting the window switch, and pushing on the top of the window to get it to roll down so I can smoke a cigarette on my way to work

The felt is probably worn away on the weather stripping. Mine was like that. I ended up getting a used piece at a junkyard. That top piece with the chrome strip and felt is held on by metal tabs. Just bend them up and you can slide the old one off, and put a new one on.
