not computer but I trhink they used some trick cars at some points. like some cars that have 4 wheel steering

During the tandem drift you can see only the pink car's brakes came on, so the cars were linked together. Which is lame, but pretty good other than that.

The Gemini was the I-Mark or Chevy Spectrum here in America...
