FS PA: 1991 Legacy parts car

I need to sell this car as a parts car. The car is NOT titled, and I am not sure if I can get it titled.
The Bad: The car is damaged. it needs a drivers front fender, headlight, parking light, bumper and a little elbow grease. Other than that, there are dings, paint chips, or clear coat peeling of of just about every other body panel, but VERY little rust. I think the drivers window is loose, but still works. It seems like its about to fall off its track or something.
The Good: There are only 78,000 miles on the car. It is running great. I have been driving it about 50 miles a day, five days a week since October last year.
The details: The car is saphire blue(the light blue) with a relatively clean blue interior. It has the 2.2l NA engine, FWD with auto tranny. power moonroof(works when it wants to). The wheels are the teardrop alloys, front tires are on their last legs, but the rears look new. The car was owned by an old man who took very good care of it. I bought it with the intention of fixing it and using it for my work commute(all highway).
