Thought I would post this here as some of us would like to upgrade to either the newer style endlinks or replace worn suspension components...

New old stock GC8 Lateral Links with STi Bushings (harder compound rubber), unused spares from prodrive, Several complete sets are available as well as individual links for those pesky curb
incidents.

Will fit:

93-2001 Imprezas, Forester
90-1999 Legacy (1990-1992 requires updated endlinks)
02+ Imprezas and WRX Wagon (not WRX Sedan)

Front (L or R) Part# 20250AA081 - $50 CDN each
Rear (L or R) Part# 20255A320/20255A330 - $55 CDN each

Posting this on behalf of a local rally shop; FourstarMotorsports, contact Dan Sprongl if interested (905)877-1733 or I could help arrange something if need be.

Sorry don't have any pics, they are visually identical to lateral links found on any subaru with the C-style endlink brackets, and tubular construction, not the stamped ones found on some.

Threshld1, I'll look into shipping costs and get back to you, can I get a zip code?

I'd be interested, depending on shipping costs.

Been thinking of switching to the GC style stuff anyway.

sorry guys, was busy the past few days doing a local rally, i'm going to talk to the shop tomorrow regarding shipping and get all that info for you.

I've been having a hell of a time trying to find pictures of the links or anything similar... they look just like stock links on any newer impreza/forester/legacy tubular construction and black paint. I may grab some pics of my own suspension tomorrow as they are the same minus sti bushings.

Sorry for the wait once again :)

once again sorry for the delay...

Shipping fees are as follows, the rally shop will package and send them out to you guys... not sure about payment methods but i'm sure they can accept anything (credit, cheque, paypal, money order) i'll have to double check that.

They are away doing rally Maniwaki in Quebec at the moment but will be back monday if you guys are still interested.

55346 threshid for 4 links
~28$CAD 5 day UPS service

84121 AZN2NR for 2 links
~23$CAD 5 day UPS service

01915 evolutionmovement for 4 links
~27$CAD 5 day UPS service

These are rough quotes as we don't have exact packaging weights and sizes, the shop usually gets lower rates than what I have calculated via the UPS site so these should be max price.

As for currency conversion that will depend on when and how payment is sent. I usually go by this http://www.xe.com/ucc/

best images I could find

For the fronts: (just not so rusty)
Image

For the rears: part #(8 ) which includes the bushing (9) & (10)

and if you interested in anything else performance, safety, parts from sti clips rally stuff and such it may be worth it to order it along with the lateral links and save on shipping

Oh I hope the way I worded my first post didn't confuse everyone.

There are 4 lateral links total in the car, each front link is $50, each rear link is $55.

If you were to get all 4 links the total would be $210CAD.

This includes the STI bushing which have already been pressed into each link and does not include any other hardware (bolts/nuts etc..)

This is still a great deal, I purchased identical links but with stock bushings for myself last year from Subaru at cost (through an employee) and each link ran me just over $50. That's $50 Subaru Canada's cost, they don't turn a profit at that price. The handling difference is amazing.

Sorry if I've inadvertantly mislead anyone.

Do you have to upgrade them all, or can I just get away with 2?

It looks like i'll be okay with 2, but I just want to make sure.

Changing a pair either front or rear is fine, I only changed the rear pair on my car to switch to the newer style lateral links, however I noticed a large difference in handling from fresh bushings.

That's about what I thought. The fronts in mine already look to be of tubular construction.

I would do all of them, but I just quit my job, so cash is tight.
