EJ22/22T Throttle Body -shortened, bored, honed, knife edged

Hello gang,
OK, wanted to start a separate thread for this item. What I have is a machined ej22 throttle body. I had this lying around (it was off of a n/a 2.2 but should work on the turbo also) so I figured I could use it as a test run before I did another spare TB from an ej22t. It turned out pretty nice so instead of it going to waste, I figured someone on the board may have a use for it.
The TB has been:
Overall TB length shortened aprox. ½ inch (from the i/c side/front lip) to allow room for a top mount intercooler.
5 degree inside taper from a little over 65mm to the original 60mm inside dia.
Front lip has been knife edged.
Honed and will be hand polished before sending out.
I also machined about 1mm off the outside diameter to give the tb a lip (just like the factory lip) for the hose clamp & i/c hose to help them not come off under boost.
The throttle plate and original inside machined diameter have been left alone (I have to way of calibrating in a larger plate), I have also left the throttle plate itself alone but as per Blackbarts new writeup you can choose whether or not you would like to do that before reassembly. So, basically all the machine work has been done to the inlet side up to the throttle plate.
The not so good – there is no TPS included and it is pretty much just the bare aluminum casing but I do have the throttle plate, springs, nuts, clips, and everything else that unbolted from the TB that will be included with it, you will just have to bolt everything back together, I am too lazy, I have a 9 ½ month old son at home, and still need to strip and machine the tb that will be going onto my car. So, if you aren’t that mechanically included or Suby savvy, I wouldn’t suggest picking this up. But if you have any confidence and a little knowledge, here is your chance to get some good work for cheap.
