Timing correction question

Using vrg3's scan tool, the timing correction stays at 0 degree's all the time and my timing is 20 degrees btdc, I quess the question is, is that normal and could the correction staying at 0 cause low idle when in gear? Any thoughts would be great!

One other thing is it normal for the voltage at the battery read 14.07 and the scan tool voltage reads 13.6 with the car on?

I have a 92 legacy wagon 2.2L non turbo

Timing correction on vikash's scan tool is another name for knock correction. That should remain 0, unless knock is present, and then it will pull timing.
