Yeah, I'm here just getting my nightly fix, no newcastle though but I remember those days. Just winding down from a really sweet friday, went to the Detroit Autorama and saw Foose speak and a whole shitload of really nice american iron...all the rice clubs downstairs were a different story all together, 3 wrx's with nothing but a cai, rims, tint, and carbon fiber hood (I am beginning to think that these mods are part of the initiation into ricedom), not a really good showing for the Subaru scene. But, I digress, all in all a great day, plus one for Detroit.

I felt sneaky ordering a glass of wine at dinner. Am I the only one who thinks that it's ridiculous that as a 20 year old, I can't go into a restaurant and legally have a glass of wine with dinner? Oh well, I did anyway. And I had a tasty sammich in Boston today with Steve. He's kinda wierd.

Mike,

Hey, I was just down in Flatrock/Sibley Rd. last weekend picking up my latest ebay find (will post pics later). I am north of downtown in Sterling Heights area with my wife and our son. I have been on legacycentral since the yahoo days, 02', and was active for a while but basically in the last three years I got married, finished my last 2 years of college in one year and one summer session, got a job here in metro, bought my 91 SS, had a kid (he will be 10 months old tomorrow!)....and have finally come back to the board as a lurker and am recently finding time between everything to actually contribute what I can while hoarding parts/making plans for the Legacy. Foose and about 5 other industry legends spoke to over 2000 high school students, it was pretty amazing, as are his cars. What do you have going on in Belleville?

ah I see. I'm not sure where sterling hieghts is, I stay in belleville when i'm out there. I am working on a project for GM at their ypsilanti transmission plant. I usually hang out in Ann Arbor when I'm out there. I was wondering if there were any ss owners out there. I'll be out there pretty steady from april thru december probably.

I can't even believe she wouldn't show me her bazongus after I showed her my vintage Transformer collection done up like the characters from 'I Love Lucy', with awerange-colored faces. I don't show that to anyone for nothing!

And I can't drink. I have an ulcer.

you didn't see them when that black man was washing your windshield? I had them out for a full 2 seconds. Boston's just too god damned cold to have them out for any longer

Not very many active members/Legacy/ss owners around here, just me and runnyD and he is even up in Saginaw. I see more STi's around here than than anything, it's all about the muscle, and even when I try to talk to these guys they don't have a clue about Subarus. Ann Arbor is a fun town, have a buddy from Yipsi, don't get over there often but shoot me a pm sometime this summer if you get bored, maybe head over to Milan Dragway for one of their import shootouts, or just enjoy a few newcastles.

Dammit, and I even had my camera with me. I could've posted the pics. I'm sure everyone would be interested to see the double nipples on your left breast. Too bad I missed it! Damn that window washer!

So I've somehow been kicked out of my room by my mom's crazy girlfriend(I'm still not quite sure what happened, but I think it had to do with her being the center of the universe and me being greedy), and I'm sitting in a freezing cold hotel lobby in my pajamas and a wool coat at 1am est

hahahahaha, I don't understand why people choose to inhabit this god forsaken part of the country. Could you really not find somewhere more hospitable?

Where else can you live and be in driving distance to both Yankee Stadium and Fenway park. Well worth the occasional 13 layers of cold.

newcastle is delicious.

my fraternity had an invite tonight and I was having a great time at some club on sunset with my date. Then she had a few too many drinks so my friend called a cab. Then I asked the cabbie how much it was going to be, and I didn't have that much on me so I went inside to borrow a few dollars from my friend and when I got back the cab was gone. Then things went downhill from there.

She's just trying to make excuses for herself not to stay here :P . Good thing for WaRshingtonians that she came in the winter. Now you know why New Englanders have the attitude we have. Is your mother's girlfriend a 'girlfriend'? I could introduce her to my sister, maybe, she's 25 and real cute.

My Friday consisted of:

0735 - Late to work. Typical.
0900 - Lit the new building on fire. (Who would've thought a cutting torch could start a wall on fire?) Firefighters tell a lot of jokes when the fire's already out when they get there.
1000 - Blasted company owner, who's been out sick all week with flu/cold combo started by me, with a power washer on accident.
1200 - Lunch w/ side of heckling by co-workers. Got my face superimposed on a picture of Smokey the Bear.
1400 - Witnessed somebody right behind me get T-boned at ~40MPH. Everyone was ok.
1530 - Left work.
1600 - Got home.
1601 - Realized I didn't stop at bank near work. Drove to crappy bank near my house.
1620 - Retards at bank say there was a problem with my account and make me come inside. There was nothing wrong.
1645 - Returned home.
1650 - Scotch.
2100 - Too wasted to go to friend's birthday party. Resume Scotch.
0030 - I think that's when I passed out.

I mixed, what is reportedly, 10 shots of nasty rum with some Martinelli's, and then proceeded to take 6 rips off my friend's 2.5 foot long bong (named Darius, 'cause it's big and black...??)...I then passed out at around 9:30...and woke up at 3:30...with my contacts in :|
