I know this has been asked to the point of being dead but will someone tell me if this will fit? Which one works; sedan, wagon, or neither?

No one has finished a reply of yes or no.

I intend to find out for sure, the minute my car is on the ground.

I know the rear will require slight massaging of the spare tire well. I'm fairly prepared to do that.

To make a WRX rear bar fit, like the Perrin one for example, you either need to bend the spair tire compartment up by hitting it with a hammer or you'll need to cut the "jack plate" off.

Check out this "How To" that is in the LC library: http://legacycentral.org/library/rear_sway.htm You can see the jack plate, but he doesn't cut it off. If you do a search I am pretty sure there is a guy that documented his install of the Perrin rear sway bar.

Thanks for the replies guys, but I was hoping for a different answer. This was concerning the front sway bar of a WRX sedan or wagon into a BC.

Okay, I just did it, the Perin WRX front sway bar does fit the Legacy SS. Might add if you're going to do this you might as well install the Whitline rack bushings (200 series).

The Wagon bar or the Sedan bar? The wagon bar, right?

So is it safe to assume that most any WRX wagon FSB is compatible with BC/BF chassis w/ turbo?

That would be good news.

Perrin only offers one bar for both versions. Talked to them and they said the difference was only 2mm. The difference would be taken up in the links movement.

The bar does fit over the steering rods vs. under as the OE bar does. I used the OE bushings also since the new poly's are a larger/latter version for the WRX. Just grease it up.
