You'll find that you can't do many upgrades with the 22t rails. I'm wanting to say that you can go up to mid 300's. However, if you get a set of NA rails from a 92-94, they're top feed to which there are tons of options for going up to 550cc. There's been plenty of discussion on it and if you search a tad you'll find quite a bit more on specific injector options.
*Shameless plug, if you decide to go this route, let me know and I'll let you have some good rails cheap*

huh? arn't stock EJ22T injectors 370cc already?
the 92-94 rails are side feed, just like the turbo ones, but they are a different shape, the same as a standard ND side feed injector that is used by Nissan and later model Subarus and the JDM WRXs. That's why there are more options available. If you wanted to go top feen you'd need a late model manifold and aftermarket or custom fuel rails to fit a standard Lucas or Bosch top feed injector.
With the 92-94 NA rails you can run the same injectors as an SR20DET and many RB engines, so you have TONs of options.
there is about a bajilion threads on this already though

Sammy, yeah I figured I was a little off. I don't know all the specs but I did the right general message

- go NA rails. Thanks for the correction though.
Threshld1, PM sent.
