With the improvements listed in the earlier post, will the stock by pass valve be able to handle the higher out put

I'd replace it with a recirculating bov.

Question remains --how much can the factory item handle before an upgrade is required?

Dan said it correctly, upgrade from stock to a non-stock blow-off-valve that is set up to recirculate.
