Very clean indeed. All it needs is a bumper to cover that IC and it could be the ultimate sleeper.

yeah, kinda hard to fit that behind anything without some hacking. and not too many other bumpers would look right on a brat.

Still has the old hubs. I wouldn't want to haul down from the speeds that thing could hit. The brakes were OK for 73 HP, but 300?! I wonder what wheels those are, though.

no, it looks as if he has converted it to 5lug, the 5X100 like ours. you can do that by switching out the knuckles from an XT6 along with the struts and such then you can upgrade the rotors/pads since the XT6 has the same brakes as a legacy if i remember correctally.

thats on an ea82. xt6 knuckles/ball joints and legacy struts, but brats are ea81 right, totally different control arms. unless theres something I dont know. I was looking into it a while back and it seems as if theres no way to do a ej/5mt/5 lug swap and have it be bolt on with all factory stuff. I dont mind small mods of course, just no custom axles n shit. PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong so I can start looking for a hatch. I actually PMd the owner of this brat on nasioc but havent heard anything.

Too bad it doesn't have the jump seats in the bed, that'd be fun.

indeed...
where the hell would you find wheels like those in 4x130 though? looks a little smaller bolt pattern too, maybe 4x100.
I'm thinking theres some interesting things been done to this one.

Wow, what a beauty!

He probably bought the wheels without wholes en drained the wholes in there afterwords. It would have been much easier to switch the hubs

EA-cars are 4 X 140. I also only count 4 lugs. Steve is right... that's WAAAAAAAY too much power on those old-ass brakes.

I wouldn't drive it hard. Too dangerous.
