My '91 seems faster than my '93 was now that I've reinstalled the boost controller. It's strange but with my '93 I had that thing turned almost all the way in but with my '91 I can barely turn the screw without boosting at 12.8 psi. What gives...tranny?

Nah, it's that VF11 I sold you that is in the '91. That turbo was always very, very strong.

Really, the '93 probably had a weak wastegate on the turbo, so it wouldn't hold boost very well.
