Oil at turbo inlet and PCV due to Crank vent

So im currently pulling my intake manifold to replace the gaskets. When i took apart my intake to the turbo i noticed a fair amount of oil, some sitting liquid around the flanges of the pipes all below where the PCV line goes into the intake from the F pipe. My turbine also looks shiney new from it. I know some is normal but it seems a bit much. I have little blowby and my compression looks good.

Ive been thinking about putting a catch can before the F line though im not sure about the affects yet. Im fairly sure all this oil getting crapped into my intake is the entire cause of my hesitation. Any ideas of what else could cause this? Is it possible for excessive oil going to the PCV valve cause it to stick?

There's a little slime trail at the bottom of my turbo compressor housing. I'm pretty sure it's coming through the PCV system. I plan to put a catch can in......

Theres a salesman at the dealership i work at that has a fairly moded rex and when he installed a catch can his the intake was surprisingly dry the next time we had it off.
