Includes Wire Harness etc. Still wrapped!

Below is a picture of one unwrapped etc. to show what would be all included and such.

I am still a little interested, but I've had a lot of problems with audio equipment in this car.
Can you tell me whether or not it has an integrated amplifier, or if it required a factory/aftermarket amp.
