Head bolt troque spec. again!!

Hi People , sorry to bring up this topic again, but I do really needs you guys help to make my engine back to work!
Since I will replace a metal head gasket, I know it will be different to be the OEM head gasket, my question is:
Will the troque spec. in metal gasket or OE gasket are share the same?
If there are different, what will be the troque spec. on metal head gasket?
