EJ20G heads. i need the torque specs for the cam caps

The two rear caps 13-16 Ft-lb
The front one 6.7-7.7 Ft-lb

so the front one is 6.7-7.7 and then the two inside ones are 13-16? and this is on intake came and exhaust?
