high I'm about to rebuild a EJ22t engine out if a t-leg and put it into my impreza wagon. The engine has 320 000km on it so i am planning to replace all the internals except mabee the crank as long as the old one has no cracks. anyhow from your guy's experience how bad are the piston holes usually worn am i gunna need to get some .10 over pistons made...now i know this somewhat depends on how the engine was maintained but what have been your experiences??

also when its all rebuilt i want to throw on a td04, tmic, take off the fuel cut and run about 14psi

rods will still be good most likely
bores, it really depends. most of them look great even with a ton of miles.
you might be able to get away with a hone and new rings but I'll let the experts chime in...

the only way to know is to measure everything. the service manual has all the specs

You'll probably need a little over, but as it's been mentioned, you need to measure and see if it's out of spec, bring it back into spec, and then find out what size piston you need.
