just replaced the plugs today and this is what i found when i took the old ones out.
the order you see them there is how they came out of the motor (right plugs = drivers side)
i dont know when the plugs were changed last so i dont know how old these are.
so do these look okay? or is there some thing i should be watching for?

Assuming the color on my screen is close to what they really look like...
The 3 darker ones look about right, maybe a hair dark but thats normal if they have been in for a lot of miles or the engine has a good amount of miles on it and might burn just a bit of oil (like most of the EJ22T these days).
But the one on the lower right looks a little light to me, could be running a bit lean/hot. Could be a sign of a weak injector or other issue with that cylinder. A compression check of all cylinder might help shed some light. I wouldn't be overly alarmed though, could just be that that plug was replaced more recently, run your new plugs for a while then check to see if they follow the same trend.

It does look thin. Good time to change them.

Actually thats the way they are supposed to look. Platinums are thin like that.

The only advantage of plantinum is longevity. Copper conducts heat and electricity better than platinum. The only thing better than copper in those regards is silver.
