Diagnostic Port is located where?

Hey guys I'm trying to find the diagnostic port on the 91 legacy my GF bought... its not where it was on my 99 so I'm curious if you guys can tell me please,

it wont have an AccesPORT like the 96+ (i think thats the right year), youll have to have a special diagnostics tool that will plug into a wire that is up under the dash, the plug in on the wire is the same as the hookup for the speakers on the radio i think
instead of buying an expensive one tho (if you have IBM laptop) you can follow the instructions in this linked web page to make your own.
havent done it yet but it sounds easy.

I'm going for pulling trouble codes... engine stats would be nice but I'm really jus tlookign for codes atm
