Just bought some seats off Nasioc today for $350.00
Put em in... They are a little too high up thats for sure but they go back alot further then the stock leg seats did. So its a toss up. Definatly alot nicer looking and feel better. What do you guys think? The black rex's match the black leg's interior pretty well...

matches really well, and those seats are very comfortable. I thought about them, but I dont like how they sit higher. Do you think you could swap over the legacy rails and make them close to stock?

The rails can't be swapped over... I checked. The legacy rails mount to the seat on the bottom and the wrx rails mount to the side... I am going to have to do something custom to at least my seat because they are way too high for me... I'm 6'3"

I'm in the same situation, that's why I have not persued getting WRX seats. I'm 6'4" and with a helmet on I have to recline the seatback one more click than my normal position (I like to sit very upright). Even then I still hit the roof sometimes. Do you think that with some custom welding the WRX seat could be lowered? How much further back does the seat go? How much more leg room do you get?

Im 6'7" so i feel your pain, i have to lower my seat all the way to not hit my head as it is. The prospect of new seats that havent been destroyed by a 400lb previous owner and being able to slide back for some actual leg room, sound very appealing. Though the height thing could be a big problem for me.
Were the seat rail mounts a direct swap? What models have swapable seats into our leggys?

I'm 5'6" so this would be right up my alley. Do they bolt right in?

it was a pretty direct swap from wrx to legacy... The legacy to wrx on the other hand, only 3 bolts will fit. There are 5 total bolts on both the legacy and the wrx but only 4 line up with the holes on the legacy which was good enough for me.

im 6'3 and i have 04 seats in my93 with heaters. love the heated seats for the winter but the height sucks.
