control unit question

I have a1990 legacy wagon AT/tranny and want to know if a 1991 AT/tranny control unit will work on my car? part # on my 90 is 31711AA363 and the 91 is 31711AB080 .connectors look the same but was afraid to try it. THANKS

31711AB080 is a valid replacement for 31711AA363, so yes, it'll work just fine.

Wanted to let you know the tranny control unit worked,made a BIG difference. THANK YOU for your help.JIM
