Concerning day on Wednesday

On Tuesday Rocket Rally installed the DMS springs and inverted shocks.
Springs are 225 front and 180 rear. Shocks are 40 mm , with 30 clicks from soft to hard.
Having driven far too much on firm suspensions I'm a fan of relatively soft springs with firm bars. I suggested setting the shocks towards soft and Pat said it's best to start at the middle setting.
It didn't seem too hard on his road shake-down test, however once at home and on familiar streets it was a way too hard---I'd made the wrong decision.
As I had the ride height lifted by 12mm an alignment was needed. So Out to PDM Racing. Once this was done I checked the clicks and instead of 15 they were set at 24--out of 30-- this is stiff.
For street they are set at 8 front and 6 rear. No more concerns.
