I figure its about time I finish up the wiring for my swap, but theres no pigtail for the pin 20 on the B48 connector, how can I ground it to set the AT/MT indentifier?

Steal an unneeded pin from somewhere else. Maybe the Park Switch pin.

Any tips on removing them from the connector?

Wait -- I thought you would have a wire there stock, and now have to cut that wire.

The wires are easy to remove. It'll be clear when you look at it up close. You can use two small flat-head screwdrivers to release the latch that holds the entire row down, and then you use a very small flat-head screwdriver or a large sewing needle to release the individual pin.

But double-check -- I'm pretty sure all you have to do is cut the wire that's already there.

no, the 91s have a wire to cut, the 92s have a pin to ground

I thought that wasn't the case for turbos. If you've verified this directly, I must be wrong.

Theres no pin in the #20 position on the connector specified, thats all I know for sure.

The turbos should be setup the same way as the 90-91 n/a's, and how the FSM states.

I'm using a 92 tleg ECU, and have disconnected the wire going to that pin.

Have you checked with vikash's scan tool to verify whether the ECU is in MT or AT mode?

Black with a white stripe, I believe.
