Maybe they are black "tuner" lugs.

I can remember now there might be 1 lug nut missing, broken stud.

Here's an e-mail I just sent someone with questions:
Minor rust and dents fixed before paint, paint job is great. $1K or more paint job is what you'd pay for it at any good body shop around, no Maaco job. I don't believe the glass is cracked, I don't remember right now if there was a small crack on the windshield. Stock replacement clutch put in. Tires are good, plenty of life left. Brakes were just done new rotors and all. I don't believe the sunroof leaks. Doesn't burn any oil. Alignment seems fine. No mods except an aftermarket boost gauge thats not mounted. Interior is great! Car will be gone very soon tons of interest snatch it up!
