Rear stuts swapped out with a small issue
I just swapped out my rear strut assemblies into my '91 and everything seemed to go well (except that it's a bitch with regular tools but that's another story). The rear strut that I bought from Williamsport Auto was for another model, apparently, since the top mount bolt pattern was wrong. They made it right though so no foul. Anyway, I got in the car and drove down the road, quickly realizing that I needed to bleed the brakes...done. Now I have a cyclical and fairly loud and annoying scraping noise that speeds up with the car's speed and I can't pin it down. My thought was that maybe the brake shoes got misregistered but they seem fine. The car itself is running fine and actually handles better than before and the brakes work fine too.
