Vinyl cracking on pass front door panel

Yeah, so I feel really, really bad about this.
The vinyl on the top part of my passenger inside door panel is starting to crack.
It's no one's fault other than mine, I've been slacking on keeping the car clean.
Is there a way to repair this? Do I have to send it off to someone to have them repair it? Or am I pretty much screwed and have to try to find a good condition door panel somewhere?
And yes, I actually checked. Part numbers for brand-new door panels are obsolete
