I sent you $294.75 for the set of Post face lift EDM headlights last month, and you sent me a pm on the 27th saying that they had been shipped. Well so in a check up Pm I sent you on saturday you replyed to me yesterday with...
"Hi matt,

No, there won't be tracking number. It is economic parcel and does not have it.
I have not sent them. Sorry I have been too lazy , my fault.
I have got some cushion and gone to the post office but it was open only by the morning being August.
I am going now cause of work a week outside town.
Now I am finishing some reports an its 3:00 am here.

Hope you don't mind this delay, I'm so embarrased.

Alvaro."
So basically you lied to me about the fact that you had shipped them on the 27th of july. I will be satisfied and not angry with you if you do 1 of two things at this point. Either A- (prefered) Give me my money back... Or B- Send me my edm headlight set!
Its not cool that you have not responded to any of my pms or emails or even the complaint I filed with paypal last night. I don't know if you just haven't checked your computer yet or whats going on here. I'm really starting to worry that you are nothing but a scammer. Please prove me wrong.

Well I have an update.

He did come threw on the deal sort of... I got a set of edm headlights in the mail today. They are not for the car I asked for however. They seem to be the set of headlights for a 97-99 legacy. I said post face lift 92. So I have no use for this $294.75 set of wrong headlights. I don't know what Alarvo wants to do about this situation. I am happy to find out that he isn't trying to scam anyone, at this point I don't know if he wants me to send these back at his expense, or maybe if someone on this board wants to by a set of lights for there newer legacy for what I paid for them?
Anyway... this is what I got in the mail...

whats weird also is the headlight has a stamp on it that says legacy 92-95. Doesn't make sense to me because 92-94 was one style and 95-96 was a different style?!

sorry you had such a poor experience. my advice for all purchases anywhere is see pictures of item before money is sent. seems like this guy scammed you somewhat, you didnt get the correct ones that is for certain.

I'm thinking Alvaro did not really know that those were generation II headlights from his post: http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic. ... highlight= I've seen several guys in the US buy pre-facelift headlights for their post-facelift Legacies on ebay even though it was clear in the photos the headlights being auctioned were the wrong ones. And sometimes those auctioning off the lights got confused and sold them for the wrong year cars, too. But it's also very possible that the junkyard mis-labeled them.

Hello,
First of all, I want to say that Matt's were shipped on 27 july.
The post I sent him about not having delivered them was a confussion. Somehow I tought he was Jerry Macavitt (another forum member buyer) whose headlights I have not shipped still.
So Matt's got there on time which is supposed to be up to two months depending on the international postal hubs.
I don't know why he assumed it would only take two weeks.

It is so bad those are not 92-94. I trusted the junk yard,
I will refund fully what I charged, I give my word.

I will start a new thread to try to sell those headlights If anyone helps me to identify which year are they for.

I'll help out any way I can. But I don't exactly want to pay for shipping myself. But if you manage to sell them in washington within a reasonable distance of my house... I would be more then happy to just drive the lights to the buyer to save you from having to ship them again.
