WTB: 4EAT in good condition

My dad just picked up a '91 legacy turbo with a bad tranny for $699. Now we need a new tranny to get that baby on the road.
So I am looking for a 4EAT that isn't too many states away from California.

check to be sure. If I remember correctly you wll need either a turbo or SVX for your replacement. anything else is not a direct replacement. good hunting. D.

all the better. man did I love the 5 mt I had. as soon as possible mine will be a stick also. one last thing in way. it will be finished by sept 20 so I too will be on way to a stick. they are the best in this car. safe driving. D

I have an 89K auto from a 92 Legacy turbo available. $400 plus shipping from Tacoma, WA.
Also 5spds available for conversion possibilities.

I have one from a '91 SS w/ 182k on it. Shifted fine when it was removed. No tourqe bind at all. Need to get rid of it. Lowball me
