Travel insanity

And I thought August was bad. Out of the entire month of September, I will be in Houston for six full days...that's it, and by October 14th I will have flown 16 different flight segments, and about 26,000 miles.

It's just crazy. Some of it is work, and some of it is vacation....it's just how things have worked out. However I do have an international trip scheduled in there again ;)

Goddamn!

And I thought I had it rough when I drove 198 miles in my parts truck yesterday, without even leaving the Orlando metropolitan area.

no man they get sent overnight

I was a parts runner and would do at least 120 miles a day. Now my job is 13 miles away and I don't really have to deal with traffic. Not bad for LA.

I bought my 94 in LA. The first thing I did after purchasing the car was got the f**k out of LA. The transaction went down right in front of dude's work (Lion's Gate Films) around 2:30 pm on a Friday and he told me if I stuck around for another half hour, I wouldn't get out of the city until nightfall. No shit. It was 5:30 - 6:00 when traffic finally eased up enough to actually get into third gear. I was pretty close to the mountains by then. But holy smokes is traffic bad on LA freeways! I actually parked the car and got some stuff out of the trunk a couple times.

But the beetches were HOTTTTT!!!!!!!!! So hot I threw one in my trunk so I could plant her in Wisconsin and grow more. Didn't work though. J/K.

you lucky bastard! I have been out to detroit for 83 days so far just this year. I typically work every day that I'm there anywhere from 12-16 hours a day everyday straight sometimes for up to 20 something days without a day off. And no I'm not earning 6 figures like I should be for living this shitty life.

Nope, doesn't count terminal walking

I'm an engineer for a natural gas pipeline.

Some of the travel is personal. 13,000 miles of that is personal. I'm going back to Japan. The buddy I went with last year called me up last tuesday and said, "Hey I've been planning with Dave to go back, we're planning Oct 3rd through Oct 14th"

I was like.....uhhh... I had to cancel attending a conference, but it wasn't too bad.
