well im bored and the garage is clean so i pulled in the lego and used up some of my old speaker power wiring. got some connectors and made it up. took about 20 minutes. before it would take 2-3seconds to start the car, but now i just tap the key and she fires it right up.

ran one from the battery to the a/c compressor, then one from there to one bolt on the coil pack, then another from the coil pack on the opposite side to the passenger strut tower, and finally the last one from the drivers side tower to the battery.

i plan on finding some more wire and running a few from the trans to bulkhead, then one from the steering collum to the center colsol or a seat bolt to the bulkhead.

I added a similar system to my car, and it seems a little "crisper" all the way around. As far as results on paper go, using the Scantool, before the grounding mod, my car voltage was at low to mid 12v's, with the mod, voltage jumped from upper 13v's to low 14v's. I think a 2 volt jump is pretty good for just adding extra wires under the hood.
