well the oil pump suked last night so i started ripping it all apart, checked the mail and got some parts (finally) and got them installed. waiting till tomarrow to get the new oil pump, seals, and timming belt, also rebuild the tensioners etc. also got some MAF cleaner from the parts store, its made for cleaning the maf, was like $6 but of well, the maf was black on the screen and looked crappy, so i douched the shit out of it and hopefully it will take care of my drivability problem.

yes you do, aftermarket installed from the factory, charcol in color, the interior is different from any other factory leather ive seen, i used to work for a subaru only wrecking yard, and no one else has seen it before also. i am also the 4th owner and was orignally bought here in seattle.

i have only had it on for like 300 miles, the feed line now has some oil in it and is a little brown, and the return is looking like its brand new still.

what it does it go between your PCV hoses and your intake tract and catch the oil vapor that is there. if you have an intercooler the oil will coat the inside and cause a drop in efficency (excuse my spelling).

Do you have black wheels with polished rims on this car now? I saw a white Legacy Turbo in Ballard earlier this week...was it you? Out walking to get lunch I actually heard my car and my head snapped to one side and there it was. I'm one with the universe and all sounds turbo!! <grin>
