Can't Find Identification Number for Registration Card

I've just found a registration card in my 1992 Legacy and I'd like to fill it out to be registered as the owner of this car under Subaru of America. The identification numbers the card asks for are somewhat unorthodox and I can't find them anywhere on my vehicle.

Here is the card:
Image

Date: What date do I put here? The date manufactured (which is 04/92) or the current date?

Vehicle Serial No.: Nothing on my car says this, might they mean the VIN?

Dealer Code: What do I put here? The car was originally from Subaru of Nashua ( http://www.subaruofnashua.com/ ) but I bought it from the previous owner himself. Or might this be another number on the car?

Engine No.: The car's handbook shows there this can be found on the engine, but there are two stickers where the handbook points. The first shows 505151 and the second shows 3V-TY752VA2AA, which do I use, or do I use both?

wtf:

is that for Subaru to mail you magazines or publications on recalls.

No idea, but I thought it'd be neat to fill it out and send it either way. The previous owner kept every little thing that came with the car, so I'm pretty sure this thing is from when he bought it himself in 1992.

Oh man don't get my hopes up, but I sure will let you know once I send it. But before I send it, I have to figure out what the hell they want me to write on it. :?

I had that card in my owner's manual too.

I don't even know if SOA does anything with those cards anymore...

Okay, wonderful. I had to squeeze EJ22E in there because I listened to the other guy and put the other two numbers I found on the engine, but it fits fine. I e-mailed the dealer asking them for a code, thank you.
