WTB : Stock Wheel, immediatly

Welp, I dont have a horn with my RS wheel I have, and I need to pass inspection like... immedatly. Does anyone have a stock wheel I can get for real cheap, even if its just to borrow for a week to get my car inspected? I have to make sure it has those 3 metal "fingers" on the back that opperate the horn.

I believe our local shop has one I an borrow, so hold off unless that falls though.

Why can't you make the horn work with the RS wheel? Just get the horn wire to a grounded piece of metal inside the spokes.
