Prolly work a lot better if they took the wrapper off the intake cone.

The plastic over the TWO intake cones is probably to keep them clean while taking the bumper off. Just my guess. That system must weight a ton, I do wonder just how much weight it added...

Looks like a lot of overkill to me, I guess that was the idea.
