My 94 Legacy Bc located akron, ohio it has 177,000 mi, 4eat, 3.9 rear end, body good condtion for age some rust around wheel wells, gray interor great condtion. Curently the car only runs when the maf is unpluged I have gone through 4 mafs, new o2, new coolant temp and can not figure out what is wrong? So I need something trustworthy. I have kept up with all the maintence, completly new brake sys in the last year. Here is the rest of the mods list. First a tdo4l from a 05 forester with the intake side ported and polished, stock manifold and up pipe, 3" down pipe, custom oil feed from pressure sensor, returned to oil pan, 95 eagle talon tsi side mount IC, custom 2" IC pipe, blow through maf set up, turbo xs rfl-h, single stage water injection, unorthodox crank pulley, turbo water pump, and a battery relocation kit to the trunk. Suspension KYB gr2's in the rear stock every where else, ss brake lines, and 2.5" manifold back exhaust, catco cat, and a high flow muffler, however this is not hooked up I prefer the raw noise of a 3" down pipe with no exhaust hooked up, but can be with the stock down pipe that is included. Interior is pretty much stock but with a 2 5/8 boost gauge on the steering column, around the radio there is a air temp gauge, a/f ratio gauge, coming soon a egt gauge, and a apex-i afc first gen (not hooked up, but included). Fs for 4,500 due to the fact of putting 2,500$ plus in mods in the last year. Or trade for rs with blown motor, or a eagle talon tsi awd running good. Feel free to pm with questions.

glad you figured it out.

i have to say that sounds like a lot of money for a 94 conversion with 177,000 miles.

Well blue book is 2,400$ plus 2,750$ in mods and new parts in the last year and a high 13 low 14 sec car 4,500$ is a good deal.

That was a simple fix. Glad you found the problem. :D I wonder if your other MAFs are still good?

So, just wondering, now that your car is trustworthy, are you keeping it?
